If I could a ZERO star review I would. Do not use ROOF MD. They are a rip off. The company is overpriced, uses cheap material, and does not stand behind their word. My home was roofed by them with a 10 year warranty. I contacted the owner 5 years later about a leak. The owner then stopped responding to my calls. DO NOT USE ROOF MD. BEWARE

"Thats funny, i came out to your house a month ago to check as you said your insurance wanted to see about some raised shingles. They are called nail pops. I came missed you and offered to send my guy rufus back to inspect and informed you i only saw a few and that the insurance who you said drive by and toik pictures wanted those nailed down. When i called back , you said you already had someone to do it. Never a mention of us installing over 5 yrs ago. Nail pops are not covered by workmanship and you picked out owens corning. Insurance companies have started a practice of looking at any little thing to cancel. I believe you told me your roof was 10 yrs old."

Greg was wonderful & our new roof looks great! We had to have our roof financed & the finance company Greg works with was awesome & the process was hassle free! We originally tried to get a roof in 2019 with Greg but, unfortunately life was throwing curve balls & we were unable at that time. Three years later & Greg is still here providing professional top notch service! Thanks for making our home look beautiful with our new roof!

I hired this company to replace some wood and install a metal roof on my pergola. The wood the replaced on my four post is not even or flush on the corners and are not square like the ones they replaced. They measure 7” on two sides and 9” on the other two sides. Not only that, they cut the metal roof off too short on part of one side leaving several of my rafters exposed. They were suppose to put a piece of wood at the top of each columns on all four sides but never did. I have numerous text messages back and forth between me, Greg Crocker and Glenn Forrest practically begging them to come fix the problems. Glenn said he would send someone out to fix them, when nothing happened he gave me Greg’s number. Greg came out and he said he would send someone out to fix the problems. They kept saying they were going to send someone out to fix the problems. No one ever came. They even said I would have to buy more metal roof to fix it, but I told them why do I have to buy material for something their man cut too short. After I threatened to get an attorney no one showed ever up and I never heard from them again. Here are pictures of the type of work they do. Hire them at you own risk. You’ve been warned. Lt. "For one thing this is about putting a metal roof on just this structure which we did and he was happy at time it was square as his diagram suggested. Later he said water ran down his house roof which we had nothing to do with and his roof was steep and his gutters are too small for the amount of rain so they splashed On the patio. I came back out to look and he then wanted us to extend the metal all the way to his steep roof area for free. Too problems , 1 st i have pay my people. 2 this wasnt part of the roof i did . It didn't leak ! 3 he should of got a gutter guy to install bigger gutters and i suggest he put a diverter a long one to direct the rain over 6 ft. Thats stuff that we didnt do at the time. Also if i had to redo the metal he would had pay for new longer panels. He didnt want to do that Also to extend the metal to that roof would of been problematic In the winter like we just had , it would of froze and caused ice dams and water to back up under his shingles. Who do you think he would blamed for that. This was done about 3 yrs ago also. We stand behind our work- this was not the agreement. When you request extra work. Any contractor will expect payment. So again for small money he can change out gutter put up diverters maybe two. Extremely steep. We have aaA rating 7 yrs and 6 super service awards. I think that speaks for itself."

Glenn and Greg were very responsive throughout the entire process, their roofing services are competitively priced and they were patient with all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. If you are concerned about whether they have proper credentials, they have them all and do not mind providing customers with proof of workers comp, general liability, etc. and they are licensed contractors in the state of TN. Glenn was punctual and he always kept in contact with us. They did the work on my uncle's home and were finished in about 5-6 hours and the noise was minimal. Even the neighbors in the area were impressed with how quick and efficient the contractors worked. We had a very good experience with Roof MD and if you choose them, you can rest assured you are in good hands.

Glenn Forrest the representative of RoofMd was very professional and nice. He walked me through the entire process of my roof replacement. He was in constant contact and vigilant/advocate in getting my roof replaced in a timely/professional manner. His roofing crew were EXCELLENT workers from beginning to end with no messy clean up by me. The painters were EXCELLENT because they covered/protected my furniture/appliances before painting and was respectful of inside my home. I’m VERY happy with my business relationship with RoofMd! As far as I can tell right now, it went well - but it has not rained since completion so I do not know whether the leak was actually fixed.

Overall, it went well. RoofMD worked with my insurance company to get the best results. The work was scheduled and some quickly. There were a few small problems that happened (exposed nail heads, vent pipes knocked loose). These shouldn't have happened but they did. However, they corrected the problems immediately when brought to their attention. Even 2 years after the work was done, I had a section of ridge caps come off due to poor fastening by the workers. RoofMD sent a crew out the next day to repair the roof. A+customer service.

Every thing went smooth ,no hassle no head ache,paid the bill after finishing the job, some contractors require 50 percent down payment but Roof MD,does the job first then gets pay, I have refereed them to my family and friends.

It went very well they were very punctual with being there on time.The pricing was fair compared to other qoutes i got. Joseph did a really good job repairing my roof since it started leaking after a bad storm . Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them when i get a full roof replacement.

Joseph did the repair. It took him a while because the roof was very steep. Greg promised he will bring his longer ladder to nail the roof top gutter nail in after the repair. He is very busy but I called him back to get him down to my house to look at the damage at the second day. I do not mind call him few times since he has so many roofs to repair.
