"AireSouth Cooling and Heating did an estimate of the duct work required to repair the duct system. Since I had metal ducts, they recommended only new insulation installed on it.. They also recommended cleaning all ducts. Four technicians worked on the system for about 3 hours per day, over a 3 day period. All the technicians answered all our questions and their work was outstanding. The house is a little cooler now, even with a little higher thermostat setting. We are very pleased with our service from AirSouth Cooling and Heating."

Home inspector later found rotten plywood on the roof; owner admitted they left existing paper on to give us "two coats of felt". They came back, ripped off new roofing from above the rot and replaced the rot at no charge.
