I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"

"Spoke with a Mr. Chris over the phone that offered to give me a telephone estimate for fixing a coil leak or replacing the unit. Of the four companies I called that morning Dependable Air Care was the only to offer an over-the-phone "guestimate". He asked for certain information about the ac unit and promptly called me back with an idea of a cost. He did warn me that it would be best to hv a technician come out for an official price, which he scheduled for later that day. Chris was extremely cordial and professional. He is a shining example of what "customer service" should actually be. The technician that came later was no different, customs and courtesies (military term) all the way. The estimate given was absolutely reasonable but not the best. Although I did not choose this company to perform any services I have to commend them for their outstanding (rarely seen) customer service!!!!!
