"Amazing service and high quality work, Mr Taylor was excellent throughout the process with constant communication about timelines for getting work done, and advice for different aspects of the project. He was open and honest about everything going on, and worked around my schedule as best he could to get everything completed. Workers were timely and very friendly, and always cleaned up after they were finished. I will most certainly be reaching to him for more work in the future, and cannot recommend enough!"

"He did a good job and was very nice. He put a power washer together, a small shelving unit for my garage, and a patio swing. As he finished we added another job and he is out there now completing that. Very nice and was ready to do other things so he is out there now finishing the add on project."

Handyman Services questions, answered by experts

Discuss design preferences and material choices before work begins for cohesive results.

Whether a scullery is worth it depends on how much you like to cook and entertain. If you frequently host gatherings—a scullery is likely worth the money. If you’re looking for ROI, it’s not so clear. It may not add significant value to your home, as it doesn’t increase square footage and may repurpose space that a buyer would have preferred to remain as-is (like a laundry room).

Hiring a handyperson offers several benefits. They can save you time and hassle by completing tasks you may not have the time or experience to do yourself. A key advantage is ensuring the project is done correctly, which can prevent future issues and save money in the long run. For projects that pose safety risks, hiring an experienced professional is a much safer option. Additionally, handypeople are often more available for smaller jobs that larger contractors may not have the schedule for.

Absolutely, they tailor their approach to address individual requirements, ensuring satisfaction on every visit.

In most states, handypeople do not need to be licensed to perform simple home repair tasks and smaller jobs. When projects exceed specific cost amounts, however, ranging from $500 in California to $50,000 in other states, some municipalities consider them to be contractors, meaning they need to be licensed. To learn if your handyperson should be licensed to work on your job, contact your local governing body or state contractors’ licensing board before starting any work.
