I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. "After I You Tubed all the trouble shooting and couldn't figure out my issue i called Kent and he was great even coming out after hours on a week night. Unfortunately for us the issue was actually the plumbing to the main line from the kitchen it was clogged. Atleast Mr. McKinney confirmed that all of our appliances were still functional but he couldn't fix the plumbing issue. He advised us to get some really good liquid drain cleaner and if that didn't work to then call a plumber. Well he was right we poured down the best stuff we could find and it took a day but all is well. We will be using his services again to hook up our ice maker soon =)"
