"Hired them originally to widen my driveway in order to park 2 cars side by side. They did a great job with it. But that’s where the nightmare begins. They did such a great job I decided to have them go ahead and redo the rest of the driveway. I’ve never had more regret in my life. The jobs were only one week apart. The first huge red flag was the lines in driveway were completely different from the pour one week before. I can’t even fathom why they wouldn’t align them to match. Next they busted quite a few places in the extension of the driveway poured less than a week ago with the excavator and made zero attempt to fix them!! If those two things aren’t bad enough, THE TWO POURS ARENT EVEN CLOSE TO MATCHING!!! They look like two complete different kinds of concrete!! I was finally able to convince the owners to even come take a look only after threatening to take them to court. As you would imagine at this point it was nothing but excuses on the concrete manufacturer. They “attempted” to make things right by sending the crew back out to use light duty concrete cleaner on the newer portion but of course that did absolutely nothing and I haven’t heard from them since. Payed right under 10k for both jobs. Going to be a couple grand for my lawyer but hopefully I recoup some of it."

"We contracted on 10/22/19 with Champion to have all the windows replaced in our home. It was nothing but errors after that point. Our salesman did not count our windows correctly (was off by two) and that had to be corrected before he got out the door. He also told us the windows would be installed by Thanksgiving. The next person to come to our house was a week later than expected. We then discovered that our salesman did not write in the correct column on the bid so grids had not been included. After getting that worked out we were told our windows were ordered but would not be installed until mid December. On 11/27 got a call from yet another person saying that **corporate** had kicked our contract back because the profit margins were too thin so Champion was backing out of our deal. We had a signed contract (which obviously meant nothing to them) and they had our 25% deposit since 10/21. Was told there was no recourse. We were treated badly through the whole process. I would caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with them that they cannot be trusted to stand by their signed contract and have little regard for the inconveniences they put homeowners through. Do not do business with this company."

I did the best job that I could but when they came to install the granite countertops, I did not have them level enough and the wall behind the countertops was not very straight so they took the granite back off the counter and reworked the backside right there at the house, and they made it fit beautifully. They also only charged me $150 for the additional labor which was a great deal. They were also willing to work with customer supplied granite, which most companies would not. From the first phone call after my finding them on Angieâ s list to the Day of the installation theyâ re a completely professional company, and I would certainly use them again. I would highly recommend this company, and I am not in They are a completely professional company they left zero mess at the house and I would certainly use them again. I would highly recommend this company, and I am not an easy guy to please"
