This company is amazing! Superior customer service, quality products, and competitive pricing! ??. I had received a quote for granite kitchen countertops from a competitor who said it would be about 4 weeks before he could install it. After a month, he still couldn’t get to it very soon. My daughter reached out to this company and they were able to get us all kitchen countertop granite installed within the same week! Wow! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! We were under a time crunch to get this installed and you came through! ?

Process went very smoothly from start to finish. Joann was a pleasure to work with, as was Nelson! Crew showed up on time/schedule, and completed the work in a professional manner. Price was right!

It went very well. JoAnn was excellent from the first time we visited the store until the day the countertops were installed. Nelson came out to measure everything and answer any questions we had. After returning to Stone City to pick out sinks, edging...., it was a week later when they were installed. It happened that quickly. The gentlemen who came out to install the countertops worked together very well. They removed old countertops, installed kitchen and laundry room countertops in under two hours. Everyone from JoAnn, Nelson and the installation crew were professional and did a perfect job. Everyone went above and beyond what was expected! We are very pleased and highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again!

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable, especially Joann. Very kind and patient - answered all questions and offered good advice. Installers did a fantastic job and were very careful - also cleaned up everything before leaving, swept my floors! Nelson also very knowledgeable and helpful. Very compete effectively pricing.

The technicians were very professional.  They did an outstanding job and made sure that we were happy with the installation.

Joanne was great! Honest and easy to work with.

I cannot even begin to express my satisfaction with this company!!!  From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by JoAnn who was friendly and EXTREMELY helpful!!  She helped us find the perfect granite and immediately sent someone out to measure the kitchen for installation.  The man who came out was friendly and very helpful.  He smiled and was so professional.  After measurements were taken, we went back to the store and picked out the edges and sink we wanted, which were at no extra charge!!!!  
JoAnn was so full of energy and knowledgeable about the different granite.  She even gave us a small piece to be able to match a back splash to and gave us cutting board as well.
The day of installation, the workers were prompt and professional.  They brought the incorrect sink, left and went back to the shop to get the correct sink and were back before we knew it!  
In a society where most businesses are lacking in customer service, Stone City EXCELS in it!!

The entire process took only about 1 day. Their customer service was good. They were easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They offered a good section of granite. They tried to accommodate to my schedule. They were very friendly. The only issue I had was with the plumbing, but that was subcontracted. Overall, I would recommend them.

Joann was a breath of fresh air to deal with, she bent over backwards to satisfy all our requests. They don't nickel and dime you to death on extra charges. No extra charge to remove old tops,no extra charge for special edges, she even threw in sinks for no extra charge.Had estimates from 5 other granite counter top installers...she was far and above the cheapest. The quality of their work was excellent.

Wonderful experience. I had an old island torn out and they were able to build me a new island in my kitchen exactly the way I wanted.....with bookshelves on one end. They customized my kitchen without having to hire a separate kitchen designer. They are very precise in their measurements. I changed my mind on the granite color one day before it was due to be delivered and installed (I got lucky that it had not been cut yet) I felt really bad about canceling but this was a huge decision for me and I wanted it to be right and I wanted to love it not just like it! They had scheduled everyone to come that next day, but when I cancelled they were sooooo understanding. They want you to LOVE your new kitchen too . A month later after I had made a definite decision about my cabinets and granite, installation was easy and quick. The guy who built my custom bookshelf, I highly recommend his work, it's beautiful! Joann helped make all of this easy! Nelson was right on with his measurements and recommendations for exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend! Thanks guys! Very reasonable pricing and beautiful work.

Stone city has done three houses for me and they always do a great job and at a very reasonable price. They have a great selection in there store and access to other stone for those looking for something unique.

Great price. Did an excellent installation job. Just DO NOT use Po Hsu that Stone City might refer for any tile work (floor and back splash). His work was not up to par.

They were really great. I would highly recommend them to anyone that was going to have granite put down. They charged us about half what we would have paid at Lowe's. They're very good products. They came out and got it done in a very short amount of time. They were very courteous in the showroom. We had a little extra work that we needed done. We actually took a piece of granite to them and they were able to fix that for us.

Could not be happier with the installation and appearance of our new counter tops. Good job.

It went great! We are very happy with the end product. The price was wonderful and the service was fantastic. At the showroom you can pick any finish edge without an upcharge and can pick out your slab. JoAnn works the front desk and would remember my name and order whenever I called. She coordinated everything for us, even someone to disconnect the water and sink faucet and gas cooktop and reconnect everything at the end of the day! She was always smiling and laughing whenever we saw her in the showroom or talked with her on the phone. Wayne came out to measure and to make a template, he was very nice and professional also. Jose and his crew came to install the granite and they were top notch! We have an oddly shaped kitchen and had to complete a certain area first to replace the fridge before we could complete other areas, the crew was very understanding and in agreement and gladly worked with us on order. When the crew took out the countertops they noticed that one of our cabinet latches and track needed a screw and without prompting placed one! Our countertops were not 100% even but they are now! The crew took great care to use the level and triple check all measurements, they even recut some items that day on our yard! We extended the bar area a few inches for increased comfort with sitting so we were worried about the what the new edge would like against the end/corner of the wall but now it looks better than we ever could have imagined! The crew went above and beyond with even going back to the store to pick up a larger piece for the back splash so we did not have to have multiple seams. They were very timely, courteous, professional, and worked clean.

The Stone City folks did a great job with granite countertops for my kitchen. I probably would not have found them had it not been for Angie's List, so in this case the membership cost was well worth it!
Joanne at Stone City was most helpful, most responsive, and most flexible. Prior to commissioning Stone City, I had also received 3 additional bids, so 4 total with Stone City. In this case, they were the low bidder.
Their showroom is not extensive, but the displays are most helpful to visualize what options are available.
The gentleman that came to the house to do the measurements was timely, efficient and knowledgable.
We agreed on a date and time for installation, and it was within a week's time, which I think is excellent. The installers showed up and they were precise, courteous and efficient. Each step of the process exceeded my expectations.
They are located a little off the beaten path as far as Memphis goes, but in my opinion it would we well worth your while to visit them and give them the opportunity to provide a bid for granite. They do kitchen/bath cabinetry as well, but I didn't not use this part of their service, and can't speak to that part of the business. I was delighted with the outcome of the work they did for me, and I would definitely use them again! They are great hardworking folks that will do an outstanding job for you.

I visited their showroom, picked out my granite and scheduled the install. They were on-time and efficient during the install. It only took about 2 hours and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great experience.

It went great! I had done lots of research and had many different quotes. I had a drawing with my measurements so they could accurately quote me a pretty close figure. I took the lowest quote (I have a small kitchen) which was $1,200 but no sink-Joann threw in the sink for additional $200 and Stone City had prettier granite. I paid cash also to get the lower price, half up front. They came and measured for the cut-outs, and then 2 days later, we had the plumber there first (I had new faucet and diposal to be hooked up too). She lined up the plumber for me, after he was done, the granite guys called and told us when they were coming. They came, ripped out the old stuff (they were also careful with all my new appliances, which I was really nervous about). They had dropcloths to keep dust out of everywhere. They put the new ones in, plumber came back and hooked up the sink and diposal and it was done in maybe 3 hours total. They did give us the granite cutting board also. I wish I had done it years ago. The new sink we got from Stone City is awesome too, never realized how awful my old sink was. Stone City was actually recommended to me by a friend at work who was very happy with her granite and she has a huge kitchen with an island. Only the head granite guy and the plumber spoke English really well, but that was really all you needed. Most of the stuff they would ask that I didn't understand had more to do with me not knowing anything about plumbing than a language barrier. They were a very efficient team from start to finish.

I called around looking for granite remnants for a vanity top. Everyone I called before Stone City told me it would take 3-5 weeks and cost $500-$800. Stone City quoted me $325. We went there that day and selected our granite from the remnants they had on hand. We brought our sink and faucet with us and left it with them. They had the countertop ready later that afternoon. It was very easy. I insalled the vanity top myself. It looks great. We are very happy with Stone City and will use them again.

They did a great job - showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Even gave us the sink cut-out piece to use as a cutting board.
