They weren't trying to convince me of things that needed doing or dramatizing the work for more money. When I had questions about the work, they didn't make me feel dumb but took extra time out of their day so that I had peace of mind with my foundation. "Tom and team did a basement remodel for me about 13 years ago, including adding a bathroom. Subsequent projects were window replacement for the entire house, and new roof/front porch. We received numerous compliments about the roof and front porch as it improved the entire look of the house from the street. He also replaced my concrete driveway to make it double wide. The most recent job was updating the columns wrapped around the porch. They were wrapped in aluminum which looked great but seemed like squirrels like to chew on them. Went with a different material this time around."

Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave. St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs. And despite some push back with my insurance company every thing has proceeded smoothly and orderly manner given the inevitable supply chain delays. Jeh Johnson is an affable young man who has facilitated all phases my prject and has even taken time to educate me on all the intricacies involved in a project such as mine.
