"Our home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

They weren't trying to convince me of things that needed doing or dramatizing the work for more money. When I had questions about the work, they didn't make me feel dumb but took extra time out of their day so that I had peace of mind with my foundation. "The owner Mike and his team headed by James were terrific! We noticed a huge crack in our house and called out 4 different companies. Each had a different solution. We then called out a structural engineer to evaluate the situation. Atlas Foundation was proposing exactly what the engineer suggested. Their proposal was also more complete and even included putting our decorative patio back to it's original condition, When work was scheduled, the team was punctual, friendly, and respectful of our property. I hope we never have to have this type of work again, but if we do, I would definitely call Atlas Foundation."

"When you hire someone to do a major project like reworking your basement so it doesn't flood, you hope that they 1. solve the problem and 2. stand by their work. Our situation was challenging in that it took a few tries and commitment to solve the problem. Acculevel stood by their work 120% which is not an exaggeration. When their initial solution unfortunately did not work as well as planned, the level of care and things they did to remedy the situation were well above and beyond what I know others would have done. They made it right and then some. It is my opinion that the challenges we faced would have occurred with ANY provider, but Acculevel kept their promise to fix our problem vs find a way to exit.
