"I normally do not write bad reviews, I talk directly to the business. Unfortunately, that hasn't produced good results. Almost 4 years ago, Hague Water Systems contacted me regarding a water softener. I needed to replace my water tank so I purchased both from them. I have been happy with the system and the installer/service technicians until last year. Installer and service technicians anre great! About a year ago I noticed that the hot water tank was leaking and called Hague. I was told that they don't warranty hot water tanks and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it does have a warranty and to contact the installer to replace it. I've gotten all kinds of excuses from Hague "we don't warranty that, we are short installers, that is another dept, etc." Hague hasn't even come to check it out. I'm attaching pictures of the mess I'm dealing with. They say they warranty their products. I still have a defective hot water tan"

Our only difficulty was they left the outside water on after mixing the cement, which caused the outside faucet to rupture. However, Foundation 1 addressed our issue and Matt did an excellent job in replacing the faucet. All in all, we are happy with Foundation 1."
