I had a major leak in the kitchen' The repair was made within two hours of my calling them.

He was suppose to start on Monday, so Sunday evening I txt him asking when to expect him Monday Morning. He seen the txt around 3:ish am on Monday ,but I still had to call him Monday because he didn t call/txt. He gave a story of the guy was sick and could not come. It would be Tuesday. They came and was here about 8est am and they started work. Around 2:00-3:00pm est he said he about finished. The holes in the wall and all the sawdust and mess in the floor to clean. He said had to get a dry wall guy to do that. I called the man how hired them and she said he told me that, but he NEVER EVER told me that. If he would have I would have hired one that does it all. We talked in the phone for the longest being 2.5 mins and never did he ever say I need a dry wall person or in text. See the txt I m going to attached about what he said what kind of person I m. That did it. They are not to come on my property and if he does I m calling the police, but he needs to get someone out that will do it right and finished what he started. I m going to get it finished and he going to pay for it s. If I have to take him to court that is an option. I will be picking the guy not him. He needs to pay for the finishing of the projected. He NEVER mentioned the need for a dry person. He needs to pay for someone I choose to fix his mess he left. Please see the beginning of above.

Very prompt in meting his appointment time. Was quick in his repair and very reasonable charge. Site was all cleaned up when he left.

There was a schedule mix up and they were a little later coming then when they said but once they got there they installed a new tankless water heater in record time and ensured everything was working properly prior to leaving. Would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Pleased with the quick response, After determining if water heater needed replacing, (it didn't)..but they adjusted the temperature setting for us. Returned next day with ew disposal, and replacement bathroom faucet. Overall, satisfied with courteous service, and easy communication.
