"The team was punctual and professional.  When I scheduled the appointment I was informed that since my dryer vent was on the second floor of my house we would be charged extra.  When I asked the scheduler, she told me not much just a small upcharge.  She said she wasn't sure what the actual additional cost would be. The small upcharge was almost as much as my entire bill - $75!.  The initial cost was $85.  I was a little surprised that it costs an additional $75 to get out a ladder and climb up it.  Overall, the service and team were great but I am disappointed that they were not more upfront with the upcharge for the second story clean out.
