Terrible. I was assigned this company by my warranty company, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, the technician was not prepared when he showed up, did not even have his own ladder, and it only snowballed from there. The technician was very disrespectful to us, and the supervisor was the same way. I would never recommend this company and hope this review helps others from making this mistake. If your warranty company assigns them to you, do everything in your power to get a different technician and company assigned to the job.

"Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed] I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. After careful review of your claim I have found that your system was covered in bacteria growth. We spoke to your spouse and the warranty co. of this situation. Bacteria growth is not a desirable option to have in your HVAC system and is very unhealthy for you and your family. Each of our vans have ladders on them. Please look at website photo. Your spouse agreed to have the HVAC system cleaned by a mold abatement company and call us back after wards for proper diagnoses. Now we are getting this review. Please do not run your HVAC system for it is dangerous to your health without getting it professionally cleaned. I have pictures of the bacteria growth in your HVAC system if you would like for me to send them to you. Your warranty co. also agreed that the system is dangerous and needed to be cleaned. The bacteria growth (mold) is a hazard to you, your family and the technician that works on the system."

Called NPM at 6pm because our furnace was leaking water from the bottom and the AC wasn't blowing cold air. Andrew the owner came out because a tech wasn't available, which showed a strong commitment to their customers. He was great at explaining and walking us through every step. Typically highly reviewed or top companies cost more, NPM was really affordable and overall the price was great for a 9pm service call. Highly recommend NPM and will use them again.

After dealing with 2 other companies that my home warranty company dispatched for this problem(that did absolutely nothing), NPM was a breath of fresh air! Ben arrived as scheduled and then assessed the problem with the fan. He then went out and got all his tools along with his ladder (the other company's technician never took out one tool or ladder). He went into the attic and crawled over to my fan. He discovered that there was a tiny piece that was sticking which was causing the ticking noise. He corrected that and then went into the bathroom and took the cover off fan because the unit was loose in the housing. He tightened the screws for that and I haven't heard any noises from the fan since - job well done!! Thank you Ben!

I received a call first thing in the morning and they came by that afternoon. There was a wire that caused it to short out, the tech fixed it right away and made sure it wouldn't happen again. Very friendly, very responsive and also gave me tips on how to save on my energy bills.

We contacted NPM to fix our air conditioner. A very nice gentleman came out to fix the unit. He charged us for a new air filter and a "recharge" of the coolant. I understood that coolant doesn't leak unless there are issues with the system but he assured me that its normal for the system to need recharged. He also charged us for cleaning the dirt out of the outside unit. We were happy with this service. A couple hours after he left the outside unit began making a load grinding noise that it had never made before. I contact NPM and told them what had happened. The gentleman on the phone told me that they could come out and see what the issue was but that they would have to charge me for another service call. I attempted to explain that the noise had only occurred since his tech took apart the unit and put it back together. He told me too bad, if I want them to look at it they will be a new service call charge.

We had our AC go out after the tornado last month. Andrew, the owner was fantastic to work with. He walked us through exaclty what was wrong and advized us on how to handle making sure everything was covered by insurance. This is a local company and I could think of no reason not to support a guy that just made the gutsy call to go out on his own and start his own business. Also we got bids from some of the other places and Andrew was even cheaper. Keep your money local and give this guy your business.

We called NPM to have our Air Conditioner looked at because it was leaking water. Andrew (owner) checked it out thoroughly and found we were low on Freon. He thought the coils were froze up and that the ice was blocking the drain, so that was why we were having the leak. The next day the leak reoccurred. We had to have the coils and drain pan replaced. Andrew ordered the parts and came to replace it at our first convenience. Andrew and his staff are professional and take the time to explain what they are doing or looking for.

A couple of years ago this company installed my tankless water heater
and I really liked the owners Andy's professionalism. We were having
problems with the water heater and Andy sent some of his workers out to
fix the problem right away.

They were absolutely wonderful. They had previously come 3 or 4 times for repairs on the old furnace and only charged me once. The other times they did it for free. They were here for 2 days to do the installation. The new system is very energy efficient. I shopped around and got a very good price. They were very punctual and organized in terms of scheduling. They were here when they said. They were very professional in their explanations about the heating systems. I had a lot of questions and they very patiently answered all my questions. They gave me a lot of options to choose from. They are a totally reliable company. They cleaned up everything and they were very professional. They came when they said. The owner even called and came back a week later to check to see if everything was okay. They wouldn't take any money until I had the system running for a whole week and was satisfied.
