Rob brought a mini sample of the windows so I could see the quality; he spent time explaining the products and left several brochures of options. It was absolutely no pressure. Rob also explained the 15 month no interest financing, and application was easy. After deciding on Window World and signing the contract, it did take a little time until the date of install, but these were custom windows in non standard sizes, and the wait was totally to be expected. Setting up installation was a breeze; the office really worked with me so I did not have to take any time off. Day of install was so easy. The crew was professional and polite, cleaned up afterwards, and did an excellent job. The house is so much more comfortable with the double pane windows. I'm also pleasantly surprised at how much QUIETER the house is. I'm thrilled with my new windows, and will absolutely use Window World again."
