The insurance company provided a contractor to perform an estimate, but they never identified where the water was getting behind the siding and the estimate seemed excessive, so I gave Dave a call. He came out immediately the next morning to take a look. Within about 30 seconds after I showed him the situation, he was able to identify the source of the problem and a solution. He was able to do a much less invasive but complete repair compared to the original estimate and the price was far below that of the original estimate as well. It took a little while to get scheduled since I was frequently traveling out of town and it was around the holiday season, but once I was on the schedule, Dave started work within a week or so. I was away on business when Dave came by to do the repair so in order to keep me in the loop, Dave graciously took plenty of pictures and sent them to me throughout the day so I could see exactly what he was doing and how he was doing it. Dave was finished with the repair at the end of the day and came by the next morning to clean up. When I came back home that section of the house looked brand new."
