His estimate for the work was very reasonable, they arrived on time, removed the drywall ceiling in the foyer and upstairs hallway, and replaced with the plywood we requested. They were efficient and very careful. I was expecting to come home from work and have to sweep up insulation and drywall dust, but Vinnie had everything cleaned up. They even replaced the existing ceiling fan box and support, which was something we expected we would have to do ourselves when we installed the new shiplap ceiling.
