"I want to thank Hosack Plumbing, and Kent, for getting my situation cleaned up quickly and professionally. My water heater install is perfect, my water pressure spot on thanks to the new PRV, and is ready for inspection. Kent was thorough, professional, and very clean. He noticed my mask when I answered the door and wore a kn95 mask the whole time. The life coaching advice was an added bonus. Kent's work was great and I'm very pleased with the service provided."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"My positive experience initiated with Jason answering phone and calmed me down because I was frantic. No water from the showers, sinks and the toilet did not flush and refill. Two other companies had attempted to solve my problems but were incapable of doing so. Tech Everett arrived early on the same day I called. Within thirty minutes, he resolved the issue!! He was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Drain Surgeons and thanks again Jason and Everett."

"THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABLE TO FIX ONLY ONE OF THREE PLUMBING PROBLEMS. APPARENTLY THIS IS DUE TO SPECIALIZATION WITHIN THE PLUMBING SERVICE BUSINESS. PRIOR TO SERVICE CALL, THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE STATED THAT CLEARING DRAINS WAS NOT COVERED BY THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, SO I WAS WARNED. HOWEVER, AT $100 PER HOUR I EXPECTED TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS CORRECTED QUICKLY OR AN ASSESSMENT MADE THAT MINIMIZED THE TIME OF THE SERVICE CALL. ONE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, TWO PROBLEMS WERE NOT AND I PAID FOR TWO HOURS OF WORK."
