HOWEVER, AT $100 PER HOUR I EXPECTED TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS CORRECTED QUICKLY OR AN ASSESSMENT MADE THAT MINIMIZED THE TIME OF THE SERVICE CALL. ONE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, TWO PROBLEMS WERE NOT AND I PAID FOR TWO HOURS OF WORK."
