He came out in May and was able to quickly give me multiple options for the best products for my house. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell me, while still showing me high-quality products to choose from. The windows came in early July, but I had to postpone the installation until 7/27, and Cornerstone was so flexible about the schedule. The crew showed up promptly and worked efficiently without cutting corners, they were friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up after. We noticed an immediate difference in the temperature and comfort of our home as soon as they were done. I was also impressed that one of the owners called me the following Monday to make sure we were satisfied. "I had to speak to at least 5 different people in the prosses and communication between them wasn't always accurate. Their suppliers caused delays, in particular the glass door. First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions."
