"Overall satisfied.  The contractor WW hired to install the windows had an employee walk off the job, leaving just 2 people to install 16 windows.  Took 2 and a half days to finish installation.  Only complaint with installation was the caulking.  Left mess all over house.  Lines were awful.  Had to go back and touch up every window with paint to get get clean lines.
The windows themselves were as expected.  Expected energy efficiency would improve, but it has not.

"I had to speak to at least 5 different people in the prosses and communication between them wasn't always accurate. Their suppliers caused delays, in particular the glass door. First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions."
