The windows are good quality and look great. They were very patient with us as we did comparison shopping and asked lots of questions. The old windows and storm windows were hauled off and no mess was left behind. They were friendly and professional."

Initially we were shocked with the quoted price, but after careful consideration, we realized that this is the cost of the products and service we wanted. Our sales person was excellent at providing assistance on what colors matched together. Mad City tore the old shower out, moved the plumbing to come out a different wall, moved the location of the exhaust fan, and replaced the fan/light fixture).
