"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. "This company is good about making service calls in a timely manner. However, I was very disappointed in the work. I believe they mis-diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator by not taking the proper time and thoroughness required to make an accurate diagnosis. So, I was charged $95 for the service call and $330 for the repair that did not fix the problem. I called them out again and they did waive the service charge since it was within 30 days. This time they diagnosed a different problem quoting me $960 to fix it. So, basically, I am out $430 for a fridge that still has a broken ice maker. No way am I going to pay another $960. Ridiculous."
