HE BUILT IT THE WAY WE ASKED WITH OUR MEASUREMENTS IN A VERY SHORT TIME. HE GAVE US INFORMATION ON WHAT TO DO TO HELP PRESERVE THE WOOD,  LEAST ESPENSIVE PRODUCTS THAT WOULD DO THE JOB.

From day one Stockell General Contracting was on the job every day, seeing that all the sub-contractors were there doing their work and if they had three days to complete there portion of the work, they may have come in on the weekend to get there portion completed!

We bought our appliances, and granite tops and lighting fixtures, but he stepped in to schedule those thing delivered on a timely so everything stays on schedule.

The completed date was almost to the date, even though there was a couple of back orders.

1. New Appliances

2. New Cabinets

3. New Hard Wood Floor in the kitchen

4. A lot of plaster work in the kitchen ceiling

5. New ceramic floor in the dining room

6. Removed two windows that were in the old kitchen, and installed a French Door in place of those windows

7. Install a small desk outside were the French door was installed

8. Had to move the A/C unit outside were the deck was going to be built

9. Had a electrical line put to the above ground pool in ground to replace the extension that was running the above pool

10. Stockell General Contractor maid and installed Crown Molding in the kitchen, and he did a beautiful job, he also installed all the new cabinets, finish molding within the kitchen all so did a beautiful job

O yes I forgot my daughter wanted an island but the cabinet company said there was not enough room, so I contracted Mr. Don Stockell if he knew of a designer and he did so I contacted her to come see my daughters kitchen and she was not there 15 minutes and she had an island designed in the kitchen which maid my daughter very happy.

12. SO MY FINAL RATING OF STOCKELL GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS (AAA+)

 

Everything went ver well. Called to see about finish work and new screen replacement to Arnold screen porch (24 years since initial build. Don was very creative with numerous suggestions for good materials and remodel approaches which would save us time and value overthe nex years.
Stockell GC was punctual, cleaned up every evening before leaving without being asked to do so. His price was competitive and his eye for for what would look well together was great.

The job went smoothly from beginning to end and we are very pleased with the result. Don Stockall was on the job himself and was a pleasure to work with.

The work was excellent. The inspections were on time and the job site was picked up and monitored every evening. The roof was added to the screened in porch.
