I'd them "A" for overall experience.  The price was pretty good.  It didn't take them long to repair.  I would use them again.

Laid out all the parts for the new assembly. Took down old assembly and installed the new one in a timely manner. Tested and adjusted the door as mentioned before. He was friendly and courteous and I wished him luck with his business in the future.

Fantastic job. I called on Monday and they were able to be here on Wednesday (even came the day before the holiday!). Work was thorough and very professional. When I bought the house, I didn't get remotes. He fixed the problem I called about, had remotes on the truck that he got working for me and installed a keypad outside the door. I'm really happy with the work and highly recommend to anyone else needing overhead door work.

A different company (I have AHS home insurance) installed a new opener but shortly after would not open with remotes - very upsetting!

The repairs went quickly enough, no issues, no problems. Please note the price was because of a home warranty. He arrived within the appointment time frame, neat appearance, very personable.

Our garage door started making a loud banging sound a couple of weeks ago.
Contacted GDS. Matt arranged an appointment for the next day to look things over.
30 minutes before the appointment Matt called to confirm he was on the way.
I find this very professional. He arrived right on time.
Matt listened to my story respectfully.
He explained the problem. Matt suggested three solutions.
He gave me the pros/cons of each.
I selected the option to replace the garage door.
Again, Matt offered a number of options on how a new door could be acquired. Including the option to have GDS
provide the product and install it.
I was impressed with Matt's knowledge. Matt was obviously proud of the product that GDS uses.
He explained the benefits extremely well.

My wife and I looked over some options for the door. We called Mike later that day to ask him about them.
He gave us excellent advice on those. We placed the order. Matt checked with his suppliers, told us when
the product could be made and scheduled the installation. Which would be in two days.
Matt called on the day of the install to firm up the arrival time.
The work was performed quickly, smoothly and with absolutely no mess.
The door works great. It looks great. We couldn't be happier.
