He was able to temporarily fix it with a future date to permanently fix it because we have to get the materials wood concrete screws to permanently fix it. He was also able to install the lock to the upstairs room. Overall it was a good experience and I have hired him for future projects."

"Phil did a good job replacing the door and repairing the rotted area around it. The project turned out to be bigger than we first thought due to the rotting around the door. Phil thinks he found the source of the leak and repaired it. Phil and Paul are both easy going and very professional. The only negative is that I thought the estimate was for labor and material. I knew the cost of the new door was extra, but so was all the lumber, caulk, etc."

On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs.
