I am so pleased with the service provided by Renner Garage Door. From the woman that made my appointment to Kaleb coming out to assess and pointing out a couple of things I wouldn't have noticed then the installation of the parts by Kaleb & Bryan, everything was top notch. Appreciate the fast, professional service.

Renner installed new garage door for us. Door install was very good until we had vibration from wind gusts. Call back under warranty was made and Tony was dispatched to remedy issue. Tony explained what the issues Were and then quickly made adjustments to door hardware. I recommend Renner.

Great service - Brad showed up when he said he would be here and repairs were completed in less than a half of an hour - we were unhappy with another local service and quit using it several years ago - Renner has always had excellent service - usually there the same date, do an excellent jor and are reasonably priced - would highly recommend.

Installed 2 garage doors. When done neither door sealed, one of the new panels was installed damaged and had to be replaced. The worst part was when they took out the old doors, they left nuts and bolts scattered all over my driveway which we found after one punctured one of my new cars tires. When we called them back out to fix everything, they blamed the house that the doors did not level, yet my old doors of 25 years had worked fine. (you can see light coming in on both), and also denied that the nut and bolts came from them, even though they are the same nuts and bolt types that are in the new door and some even had the paint on them from the old doors.
Instead of coming out to make things right, the supervisor showed up apparently upset that I had made him come out, and was very arrogant with me.
