"I cannot tell you how happy we are with JK and his brother! I wanted steps built off our back porch. One day at work I started doing a google search. Your Right Hand Man showed up and had good reviews so I called him. I also called several others. I had one guy show up and shoot me a price that was RIDICULOUS! Others never called back. JK was on it immediately. He called me back and we set up a time to meet. He met me at 8 am on a Saturday. He was so nice and so very professional. We discussed the project and my expectations. He promised the bid by Monday and Sunday the bid was in my "in box". The number was very reasonable. I accepted and a start date was discussed. JK is the real deal. He does exactly what he says he will do and does a great job! He and his brother were such hard workers! They worked out in the horrible heat & never complained. They were on time each day & did an excellent job! I highly recommend hiring them!"

"Yes the quality was excellent! Would recommend them to anyone need a quality deck!"

"AAA Maintenance & Remodeling is the pro I will hire or recommend within a heartbeat should I have any work to be done on my home or refer to anyone wanting to build a deck. His communication and commitment to completing my job in a timely manner were supre. Moreover, he's very cordial. If anyone is looking for a reliable entity, I recommend AAA Maintenance & Remodeling."

"Very detailed prep work was very much appreciated. Thanks for the great work"

"Blake has done several projects for me at both of my houses - he redid my kitchen, several wall touch ups/painting, and redid a mantle at my new house. I would HIGHLY recommend Blake and his services: not only is his work amazing, but he is so attentive and reliable. Contact Blake for the best and most reasonably priced work!"

"He was prompt and he did outstanding work because he was very conscientious, he did inside rehab on my home and did outside work on my deck, he also put a patio in, pretty good quality."

"I retained Jeff s company for a second project following an initial positive experience on another project. I found Jeff fairly responsive by e-mail, but his crew was on the job in a timely manner. His lead carpenter Joe has excellent skills. I am very particular about details but was very satisfied with the outcome of both projects. I found Jeff s fees to be fairly steep as compared to other lake area contractors, but if you want to work with a company which is reliable, trustworthy, timely and produces excellent work, I recommend you contact MidSouth."

"Very good experience. They put up 3 doors and siding doors in front of the bathroom. We were very pleased. They were on time and professional. I would hire them again."

"Kyle responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I sent a picture of what we needed fixed. He gave me a reasonable quote and came out the same day and got it done. He repaired a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and ripped off in a storm. He fixed that and then proactively repaired and reinforced some other areas that were likely to come loose down the road. Great work."
