Steve Whiteside is a true professional in his field. His quality of work and work ethic is outstanding! Steve has been there for me so many times. He is a problem solver and it my most valued resource for our lakehouse repair. He built us a Beautiful screened porch. He designed it with my vision in mind. The craftsmanship and quality is at the top of his field. He has also walked right along my side when those issues at the lake come up. He has worked extensively on our dock and the concrete leading up to it. A major storm caused damage and Steve was there to fix it in a very timely manner. He has replaced a toilet, dishwasher and a water valve issue we had. I would give more than 5 stars to Steve and Lake Home repair if I could. He gives the peace of mind when it comes to owning a lake home. He shows up and does an excellent job in a timely manner and is a great guy! What more can you ask for!

Steve has done a lot of work for me. He put a team together to repair an extensive water leak. On another occasion, he put a team together to paint the house, and reshingle the room. He also put a team together to completely rebuild the two-story deck. I worked with him to build an addition onto the existing house. He is always on time, and does high-quality work. He would be the first person I call for any future work.

When they started the project it was completed on the date they said that I have finished. Cleaned everything up and left my yard like it should be left

Steve has worked for me for 15 years at two different homes. There really isnâ t a proper category on this site that describes his work. I consider him my contractor. Heâ s done small projects like replacing a faucet and large ones. He re-sided my house last year and built fences at both homes. He also built a deck and installed a tornado shelter at my current home. Steve does high quality work at a fair price. If he has a way to hold the cost down that doesnâ t impact the quality he always explains what he wants to do. Heâ s saved me a lot over the years. Iâ ve also referred him to friends who hired him for their projects. If you want someone who shows up when he says he will, works a full day and doesnâ t overcharge for his work, Steve at Lake Home Repair is your guy.

Steve is the only contractor that I will let touch my house. I have had too many bad experiences with other contractors at the lake. Steve does great work, heâ s honest, communicates well and his prices are very good. I have referred him to several friends and now they only use Steve.
