"Kyle came by and assessed the situation in about two minutes. Did some maintenance on the fridge and left. No upsell. No BS, just good business. The maintenance didn’t work, so I texted him, late at night. He responded the next morning(Saturday), set a time and came back and fixed the door. He’s good. Experienced. Communicative. Punctual.
