Larry and his team did a great job with our new generator. Very professional, well mannered with great communication skills. As a construction professional, I highly recommend Smart Power if you are looking for a generator solution.

Larry is very slow to answer email, and provide service once he has sold the generator! Area manager had to get involved to get work done once. I have even requested a new generator as I continue to get notifications that unit needs maintenance and technician said he would return to complete the job. Technician NEVER returned, even after I reminded them of the problem! What about the generator warranty? I caution you about buying from smartpower and am considering contacting a lawyer about breach of contract by smart power. Kohler says to just find another company. The yearly maintenance has not been done in over a year!!! You have been warned! This is Larry’s statement: “ have asked Koher to provide a different service provider for you. We will not be back out. Kohler should be in touch.”

SmartPower Services provides peace of mind that when we need our generator, it will be in great working condition! Several years ago during the installation, Matt Wood would stop by our house on his way home to make sure our generator was working properly. We have general maintenance performed every year, and Matt along with Bailey and Marcus have been outstanding…taking the time to answer questions and writing down the answers to clarify and help us remember. They ALWAYS exceed our expectations… We highly recommend!

I was recommended to these guys by my uncle Michael and, Randall and his guys did a GREAT job. I had to replace my electric box and get that messy DIY wiring my grandparents did up to code because it was a FIRE HAZARD. They also moved my meter and got that up to code, as well as worked with evergy to get my main power line up high enough that you couldn't reach up and simply grab it from my deck. (I inherited this house and it was a MESS, y'all) They worked with me on a fair price, were communicative and timely, and even went above and beyond while they were here to properly label and redo some outlets that weren't working. 10/10 great guys great work .

Smart Power has the very best electricians in town! They are bright, innovative prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them.
