"If I could give this guy a zero rating I would. He came 2-19-20 to give us an estimate on our failing toilet and drippy faucet. He was coming yesterday, 2-21-20, to do the repair at 3:30pm. My husband took the afternoon off work to be home. At 3:40pm he still was not here, so I called him. He told me I should **get someone else**. He comes across as a **good old boy** and will talk your leg off. Even about other customers. He drives a retired vehicle and I would think would have ample room to stock normal plumbing repair parts such as a toilet fill valve one would think. Unreliable. Move on from him is my opinion. My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."

He also fixed a false ceiling we have in the basement by fixing the structure and replaced the broken panels. Can't say enough about all this work getting accomplished in a short period of time and like his Marine Corps background, he left all the places he repaired spotless. I had confidence the building could be improved upon but was not exactly sure what to expect. The tin roof was caving in, the building had fire damage, and it was structurally "askew." Todd started with the the side of the structure with the most damage. The results, thus far, are amazing. The side he is working on looks nearly brand new. I am not only impressed with his attention to detail and craftsmanship but also his willingness to articulate his ideas, processes, and techniques. Finally, his time management is outstanding. I have worked with other craftsman in the past and although they might have done great work, showing up on time wasn't always the biggest priority. "He killed my tree. I'm pretty upset by that. He also obviously didn't listen when going over what I wanted done and charged me extra for an area that was already supposed to be part of the estimate. I ended up doing 75% of that area myself. He's a really nice guy but I feel like he over extended himself with work and overlooked several things. We discussed him leaving a plant I wanted, he pulled it up as well. Not the worst job but certainly won't hire again. "
