They built us a beautiful looking retaining wall at the rear of our house 4 years ago this month and were the low bidder by far--the bids ranged from over $17,000 to under $3000 for Finishing Touch with several others from 6k to 10k. I waited to post a review until now because build quality of a retaining wall can't be measured until after passage of time. Their wall has held up nearly perfectly over 4 years now so I believe it is justifiable to say it was properly built and the preparatory pre-construction work like ensuring drainage was all done well. On top of doing first rate work at the low price, a few months ago I contacted Mr. Watson about another potential job involving our crumbling and sagging concrete front steps and porch. He spent a good 20 minutes+ explaining we could get 90% of the benefit of redoing them by instead mud jacking them and using polymeric sand to fill a crack. He was right. I unreservedly recommend them."

"Leon and his team are the hardest working landscapers in the business! Leon provided ideas on design and always coordinated by showing pictures of the plants and stones before purchasing. We requested the work be done ASAP and his team delivered over the course of 3+ days, taking down 5 trees, yanking out ivy and weeds, building a bed and wall across the entire front of our house, adding dirt and mulch, planting new bushes and transplanting 2 more. His team also prepped and sodded a large section in front of the new beds. They met our ambitious deadline by a large margin. Highly recommend. We'll be doing more business in the future."

In addition to the regular mow/trim/leaf blowing which I set up on a recurring basis, I've also had them weed and mulch the flower beds. "Let me begin by saying, Daniel Frost (owner) was very friendly and responsive. He came out to discuss my system with me just a few days after I called. Work began shortly thereafter. Work was completed professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. They were able to troubleshoot and make repairs at just about every location. However, I was very unhappy to learn about the markup on the LED bulbs they supplied. I was charged $60 for an LED bulb that I have since purchased at a local lighting store for less than $20 (same exact bulb). And after watching how repairs were made and other fixtures installed, this is work that any reasonable DIY-er can do themself. I believe I was drastically overcharged. I have since installed some path lights for $180, including wire and a new tool, for which they quoted me $900. Now I know I'm using cheaper fixtures, but come on! The work was fine, but the price (learned after the fact) was not."

"Excellent as landscapers. They are a little backed up, but when they come out they get the job done quick. The owner is there to make sure the work was done properly. There is no payment until the work is done and they go the extra mile for you. His prices are right there with everyone elses."
