About 6 people come and look at my crumbling retaining wall. None of them gave me the confidence that Galati and Sons gave me. Real professional. Didn't tell me what they thought I wanted to hear. They were up front and straight to the point. They sent a crew over within a couple of weeks and did the job in one day. They came back few few days later and reinforced the posts along the top of the wall. they also followed up within 30 days with the water proofing. No fuss, no muss. In the spring i will be having them come back to do the work on the rest of the wall as well as some touch up work on the house. Good job!

They did a great job and were fairly priced. They even tuckpointed the fourth side of the chimneys without building scaffolding, which saved me thousands of dollars.

Everyone at Galati and Sons Tuckpointing provided exceptional service and professionalism through every step of the repairs we needed. Their estimater met with me to do a thorough inspection of our house and gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be repaired. Their website listed several properties in our area where they had recently worked which I was able to view before selecting them to repair the tuckpointing on our brick home. The crew took meticulous care of our property, thoroughly answered all of my questions during the work and provided extra services at no extra charge including cleaning our gutter, repairing a couple cracked roof tiles and replacing a large unsightly concrete patch with appropriate tuckpointing on our stone foundation. We are so pleased with how much their work has improved the appearance of the masonry on our front porch that we will not be replacing the bushes that we recently removed from that area. I highly recommend Galati and Sons for their quality service, punctuality, careful work and reasonable cost.

Fantastic job. Required a 66 foot lift. Crew was careful at every step of the way. No damage to lawn or roof when the works was completed. Did a great job cleaning up after job completion, removing all debris and dust from the cedar shake roof, as well as, washing down a significant portion of the siding, skylights etc. Dan was on site at the critical start of the job, and was in phone contact during the duration of the job, as needed. They were able to connect me with a sub contractor (Holy Smoke) to size and acquired 5 copper flue caps on short notice. As such, they we able to complete the installations without having to bring the lift back a second time.

Want to give a shout out to Galati Tuckpointing. My husband has professionally been involved with the commercial construction industry for decades now and he is not easily impressed. From the estimate to finish they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for a very reasonable price. Frequent communication and the clean up was stellar!! Both days they were here the clean up was more than complete. I hate to name names, but had 2 other companies say they would come by for estimates and one did not even try to contact me when they knew they were not going to show up. If you are reading this, you know who you are, these things matter. Thanks Galati!!!

I contacted Galati and Sons when my chimney leaked and stained my ceiling in the family room. They were prompt in responding and came when I wasn't at home to do the estimate. (I appreciated not having to be home because it was a particularly busy time for me and I didn't want to spend a day waiting.) I was called with the estimate, and we scheduled the work. The crew arrived on time and the only thing I had to do for them was plug in an extension cord. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff was great and answered all my questions, and sent me an invoice marked paid for my records.
I would recommend them without reservation. They are truly professional and make having work like this done stress free.

Getting the estimate took longer than I had expected and Galati was not the lowest estimate I received. However, the estimate was communicated to me verbally and Mr. Galati was the only one to actually ask me questions about what and how I wanted it done before providing the estimate. In addition, they communicated exactly what would be done, how it would look immediately after it was done and what I could expect. I was extremely pleased wit the outcome and with their ability to match quite closely the existing brick. I would definitely use them again for similar work.

Great experience. They worked with me on the timing of the work and were very accommodating of my limited schedule, going above and beyond what I thought was reasonable given how much work they had for other customers. They were very diligent in responding to my calls. The bid was $1,000 less than a bid I received from another contractor. The work they did was great. Everything looks wonderful and they appeared to clean everything nicely. They followed up with me promptly to see what I thought of the work which I thought was incredibly professional and nice. Great company, great service.

Good estimate process and communication with Dan is prompt. Crew showed up on time and performed well. Several days of rain delayed finishing the job, but the crew did a nice job of securing the partially-completed worksite to protect the work and the neighborhood kids. They may not be the cheapest bid, but I trust their work.
