The new system is working great with no flooding of crawl space, thus saving the furnace that is in crawl space. I highly recommend this company. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!

The job was completed exactly the way it was bid. There were no hidden fees, add-ons or extras that were not in the bid. The company came sooner than expected. Their workspace was cleaned each night. Our project included a trench drain in the basement with a sump pump and dehumidifier, installation of 8 steel beams and jacks, and burying a gutter system to divert the flow of water away from our house. Overall, the work crew was good natured, pleasant, and just really enjoyed making our hosue more stable."
