"We bought a house recently. The inspection report called for installation of an expansion tank and lengthened drip leg on the HW heater. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

•        Frank's team at Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement identified that my cracked basement wall and fireplace foundation had settled 1 1/2" along one side of my home, and needed 12 piers installed to lift and stabilize the foundation to prevent further cracking.    Frank provided a competitive estimate for pier jacking, based on other pier jacking I had had done on a front porch and laundry room slab, but he used a far more sophisticated technology than the other company I had used in the past.
•        They first removed a 560 sq foot cedar deck, then excavated with a Bobcat down to the base of the foundation wall.   The gentleman running the excavator operated with surgical precision, leaving a clean wall and trench for the next phase.   They preserved the shrubs I wanted saved, and the only ancillary damage was a pinched gas line for my bbq, which Frank had repaired immediately after the job was completed.   My wife was impressed that they salvaged the deck boards and reused them for roof joists on another project, and salvaged the old bricks from an underlying brick patio and provided them to another who needed a patio but could not afford bricks. 
•       The pier jacking involved driving 12 heavy steel pipes down to the solid subground (not down to bedrock) using a hydraulic press, then using those same presses and hydraulic rams to lift the foundation of the home 1 1/2 inches when all of the pipes were in place.  They then bolted and welded the pipes to the lifting flanges, making the lift permanent, and cut off the excess pipe.  The team brought in a Bobcat front loader to backfill the excavation after putting a waterproof sealant on the outside of the exposed basement wall, again operating it with surgical precision.  
•       Through the entire process, Frank and his team communicated what they were doing, and met the schedule that they had proposed.   The site was left very clean, with all of the debris removed and the area of the lawn that was covered with excavated debris was scraped clean and ready for reseeding. 
•       Frank was very responsive to my questions throughout the process, and left me with no surprises.   I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement for any foundation work needed.

"The job was done fast and professional."

"They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."

"Hire A-1 to properly diagnose your water issue. You won't go wrong with them! For me, I had a drainage issue on my side ward, and into my backyard, especially after heavy rain. A-1 properly installed a drainage system to alleviate my issue, AND has been back to double-check their work. They were in touch with me during and after the job was done. I was out of town when they started and completed the work, and they kept me up to date with texts, pictures, and videos of what they were doing. Excellent!"

"My initial inquiry on Angi was for Land clearing and trenching for electrical cable. When my first referral did not follow up for in person consultation, Angi then referred me to Travis Norris at TNT Underground construction who met with me at the property site within a few days to discuss trenching and underground wiring. Travis was quite confident he could complete the job and discussed the best options for finishing the project. Within a week, Travis and his crew were onsite with a finalized plan that employed more sophisticated options than we had discussed at no additional cost. Travis supervised and helped crew the entire day and even lent his assistance, at times, to a separate outside crew on a related project to help expedite their work. My large project was completed in one day with minimal disruption to landscaping and no concomitant problems with existing electrical, water or gas lines or geothermal piping that are always a concern when boring or trenching is involved. Travis is a knowledgeable and dedicated foreman who is eager for business and takes pride in his work. Since I was new to the area, I consider myself lucky to have found him through Angi Services."
