That alone got him the job. However, his bid came in way below the other estimates I received, which was a bonus in my book. He was upfront, helpful, and patient with me. He took the time to explain anything I didn't understand and kept me informed from start to finish. His team and crew were awesome as well. They had no problem installing light fixtures and address numbers; and they took down a metal awning that was an embarrassment to the neighborhood. I cannot recommend Alex, his team and H&F enough. They will be my go-to for any work related to the exterior of my house."

It all has to be redone. Never did the roof on the garage (I did ask them to wait) Porch is left unfinished. Now he is walking away from job and saying I can keep the final payment. It will cost me 3 times in the final payment to get someone else to fix and finish this company's errors."
