"The initial presentation and explanation of Sun Esta awnings from Shade Your World and how they would be installed was great. We appreciated the time Karen took to explain everything in great detail. Our installation was a bit of a unique situation with limited space to anchor the awning to the house and because of this, we requested Gary (the owner of Shade Your World and the one who does the installations) to come to double-check everything before placing the order to ensure everything was going to fit exactly the way we wanted. Without any hesitation, he came out to look at our situation to assess and confirm where the awning would be installed. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the awning and it is obvious Gary knows this by how he took plenty of time to patiently answer any questions we had before purchasing an awning as well as during and after the installation process. The installation went smoothly and quickly and was even done on a holiday weekend. Since installation, we have enjoyed using the awning daily.
