"The initial presentation and explanation of Sun Esta awnings from Shade Your World and how they would be installed was great. We appreciated the time Karen took to explain everything in great detail. Our installation was a bit of a unique situation with limited space to anchor the awning to the house and because of this, we requested Gary (the owner of Shade Your World and the one who does the installations) to come to double-check everything before placing the order to ensure everything was going to fit exactly the way we wanted. Without any hesitation, he came out to look at our situation to assess and confirm where the awning would be installed.
