"I hired him to re-build our deck, this was a forty two thousand dollar deck. He mostly completed the job, but the inspector failed it due to the railing not being compliant on the stairs. He kept promising to get it resolved, but nothing was ever done. So I have a really expensive deck that never passed inspection, he has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. Now the fasica boards are buckling and pulling away from the deck, and he is not responding to that either. The railings were not installed per the instructions and droop in several places, I had to fix a few spots that were looking terrible. The railings were not even close to correct on the stairs. I would avoid this company, but if you do use them, ensure absolutely everything is done, permits finalized prior to making final payment."

Luckily, Fence & Deck Depot came to my rescue and provided top-notch service and materials. The Deck: The crew of two took one week to finish. One aspect that truly stood out was the level of craftsmanship displayed by the team. They paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every composite panel was perfectly straight. Even the parts of the deck that no one would typically see, like the lumber pillars underneath the deck, were painted to blend in. Before leaving the project, they hosed down the deck and removed any debris. The commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity sets them apart. "If you are considering Riverside Painters, my recommendation is to ?Proceed with Caution?. I hired them in March/April 2025 and received much less than expected. Aleks will write you a great contract, however not follow the agreement once started, he will take short cuts especially when you are not paying attention. Attention to detail as outlined in the contract is not their strength and considers items petty when you point out (see pictures). First of all, Riverside consist of just Aleks and 1 part-time employee. The majority of wall painting/rolling is subcontracted to young inexperienced people not affiliated with Riverside and Aleks does not take responsibility for their work. As you will see in the attached contract language, Aleks was supposed to remove cabinet doors, use a stripper gel, stain and replaced. He ended up leaving the doors on and sanded, not what was agreed to. Also see language regarding wall preparation and pictures of the results. I wouldn't use them"
