"Kitchen Renovation. Project consisted of removal of all cabinets, countertop, sink, oven , and over range microwave and installation of new upgraded components. Very pleased with selection of Romine Contracting. Work was completed in a timely, orderly, and professional manner with attention to detail. Owner, Vinny personally monitored the process. Job was completed on as agreed pricing. We now have a very functional kitchen with a nice WOW factor."

"Premier 1 Properties completed a major remodel in a little over 4 mos. It was a big job that included removing walls, reducing a fireplace, installation of new windows, doors, removing a bump out window, installing semi custom cabinetry in a completely remodeled kitchen, installation of semi custom cabinets and all appliances. Demo and rebuilt a new larger walk in pantry, installed custom designed hollow tube stair rail, all new light fixtures and recessed lighting in all spaces including hallway. Complete remodel of master bath and hall bath update. Installed new tile in kitchen and bathroom, new fireplace and stone, new vinyl tile floors in bathrooms, refinished hardwood flooring on main floor and installed and stained new stir treads. Installed new freestanding tub and glass shower enclosure, new casement around windows and floor trim. Installed a sliding door and vinyl siding on back side of house. Considering how big the job was, this team did a great job in a pretty timely manner. Eric is extremely consciences of details and I very much appreciate it. The job wasn't without hiccups but that's to be expected. All in all it went very well and we're very happy with the cost we paid and the beautiful outcome we achieved. I'm sure we'll use Premiere 1 Properties again in the future. We would recommend them to others."

"This company absolutely sucks!!! They will not stop harassing me with phone calls. They've called about 15 times, and I've told them each and every time that i no longer need help. And they won't stop!!! I had to report them to angis list. I would have reported them to BBB but they dont seem to exist anywhere except here and some website called Houzz where their account is suspended. I dont think this is a real company. Beware!!!!!"
