Tech was prompt and extremely polite. I showed him the problem and within a few minutes he was able to correctly diagnose the potential problem which required pulling a toilet and opening up the wall to truly confirm and repair and just as he suspected he found the problem (a coupling was installed years ago and was in a bind and cracked). Awhile later and he had the broken coupling removed and the new one on and no more leaks! Price was fair for all the work done and expertise required. 10/10 would hire again and in a month I plan to hire them again for some faucet work.

Craftsman Plumbing Company is fantastic! We had a leak in the gas line to our hot water heater. Craftsman Plumbing Company was extremely prompt in responding when we reached out and they were able to resolve the issue the same day! They were professional, knowledgeable, and used the most high-tech equipment for the job to get it fixed in record time. We will most definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Jacob was polite, listened to what I was wanting. He gave me advice on which way I should go on what was best with today's products. He was here to give a quote and offered to do the work right now. Both visits went wonderful and I would most certainly hire again. They came out the first time to look over the issue with my kitchen sink and the lack of water coming out when turned on. They provided the possible issues and advised that replacing the faucet would more than likely be the best fix. I appreciated how they also gave me 'what if' situations if the replacement was not the fix. The estimate they provided was very reasonable. The following week I called them and they were able to get me on schedule the very next day so I could get this fixed by the weekend. They were in my home for about 40 minutes and made sure we were happy with the repairs. I would also like to note that they were very fast to respond through email when I needed to reschedule.

As soon as I completed the request on Angie's list, I received a call from Craftsman. She answered my questions, and scheduled a service call for the next day between 10 and 2. Chris, the plumber arrived at noon. Gave me pricing and completed both fixes in less than 30 minutes. I will use this services again and will definitely recommend them.

Craftsman Plumbing was extremely quick to respond to a request to unclog 3 drains, 2 different requests. Each time the service was prompt, professional and the work was completed quickly. the cost was in line with other providers and I will use them anytime I have a future issue.

The workman did not have the equipment or ability to do the work; so now I have to hire someone else but I was charged for the man's time! So, I have wasted $160 and still have the original problem. I won't use this company OR Angie's List again.

In the evening I requested emergency service because we have a family member with a compromised immune system. They came the next morning. Work was done quickly and professionally. The person they sent to us was polite, pleasant and very competent. The office staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. If you need work done, call these people without hesitation. I am a registered architect, and understand what good contractors are like.

I went on Angie's list to search for a plumber, and was contacted immediately by Craftsman Plumbing. They sent Damon (sp?) who arrived in just a few minutes. We moved the new refrigerator from the garage to the kitchen; this required removing a door from its hinges. He connected up the new refrigerator and so far everything seems great. I would describe is efforts as ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I wasn't expecting to pay as much as I did, only because I wasn't expecting to need a plumber's services to get the refrigerator installed--not Craftman's fault, but we thought all the installation fees were included when when we bought the refrigerator from Best Buy.

The company responded immediately to my request for service and came the next day to see what was needed. The service man (Teddy) provided all the necessary information I needed and they were at my house in less than a week to get the job done. It was most professional. I would certainly use them again.
