"Darryll and Angie were fantastic throughout the entire process. Shortly after we selected GA Chott there was a medical situation in our family that caused us to delay the project and they were very understanding and responsive to our needs. When it came time to choose the materials and accessories, Darryll was very incredible helping in guiding our family through our selections, even making recommendations on lower price options that he felt represented better value. My wife had concerns about potential water damage behind some of the walls that weren't being replaced. Darryll told us that water damage in those areas was highly unlikely in the absence of other signs. He said he would be willing to do the extra work but that if it was his bathroom he wouldn't do it, because it would be spending well over a thousand dollars on something that wasn't likely to provide any value. When the time came to start the remodel the workers were extremely professional, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. We decided to make a change to how we originally had planned the electrical work which they accommodated without hesitation or additional charge even though it was more work. They finished the remodel two days before the estimate and the results were fantastic. It has been 3 months since the work was completed and have no concerns about the quality of the work. I would (and have) highly recommend GA Chott to anyone looking to do home remodeling. They clearly care about delivering great service, at a fair price, and developing long-term customers."

"Our home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

"The job was an entire bathroom replacement. This contractor came to the job after a previous contractor failed to complete the project. The contractor was very knowledgeable and able to repair and replace parts improperly installed. They also did the complete bathtub and shower installation. Both Travis and Tom took the time to explain the process and let me know of any issues and how to properly repair them. The communication was excellent and the quoted cost was appropriate. They made the entire process go smoothly even with unexpected issues or delays. I would highly recommend this company for any future project as they are knowledgeable and dependable giving the customer a high quality service and product."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "When we hired Brian and his team to remodel our house, we were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship, professional attitude, and level of work ethic. They showed up everyday, on time, & didn't quit until the job was done. He painted the interior of our home, fixed & painted all of our doors, ripped out old flooring & installed new flooring, installed new baseboards along with other smaller projects. They are able to handle everything. It is so great walking into our home now. There isn't any project they can't handle. Prior to this remodel, they power-washed the outside of our home, fixed some damage to our siding, and fixed a leak in our roof. They also replaced some drywall in our foyer that was damaged by a leak. Brian's entire team worked so hard and offered very valuable advice when I wasn't sure what direction to go.
