I called after hours to schedule a house visit & was told dispatch would call in the morning. We were called promptly the next morning & told we were the third job on the day's list. "This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed.
