I called after hours to schedule a house visit & was told dispatch would call in the morning. We were called promptly the next morning & told we were the third job on the day's list. We were notified by the technician when he was on his way - giving us an ETA. He arrived on time & went straight to work finding & replacing a corroded wire terminal. Within 20 minutes the AC was working again. The technician was friendly & communicative. We were happy to see that the technician wore a face mask. (Work was done during the 2020 pandemic) Whether it is the companies current regulation or the technician's own decision it was greatly appreciated & thoughtful."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. He spent a good amount of time with us at our initial meeting to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish. For the second meeting, we met with Jacob and Brian to go over some more items in detail. "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "Great customer service they arrived on SAID time ON time. They didn't leave until the job was completed. I spotted one small flaw but nothing to complain about other than that they did a great job. They cleaned up behind themselves. I had to disposed of all the trash myself but they did put all the trash in bags and sat them outside nice and neat and it was also in the contract that the customer is responsible for disposal of trash. It was not a surprise. This properly why the cost was reasonably priced. I will use them again."
