"Very easy to work with. Did a great job! We were seeing visual mold problems in our bathroom but after they worked here we haven't had any sign of it again."

"They found mold in an expensive home we were about to purchase. They might have saved us a lot of health and home issues."

"Workers did a great job. They worked until the job was done, and they did it quickly. Gave 4 stars because our mold test came back positive for mold and we had to pay for the mold retest when they said we did not have to pay for it."

"The inspection process was thorough and professional, Kevin's quote explained all the steps in the process. On the day of the service, Randy and Cordell were exceptional and provided excellent information on what was to be done, what to expect, and answered all my questions. The actual mold remediation quick, and came in at what had been quoted. Fast, high quality work and they left the area very clean! I would recommend AdvantaClean to others who need mold remediation services."

"Smart Environmental has excellent customer service and incredibly honest people. They saved us thousands of dollars by stressing the importance of testing our old vermiculite insulation rather than assuming it had asbestos. While another company took a look at our attic and gave us a quote for over $3,000 of asbestos remediation, Pony described that many inspectors see old insulation and assume it is asbestos, but that is not always the case. Pony took a sample from our attic, got it tested for us, and promptly sent us the negative test results the next day. We could not be more grateful for Ponys honesty and the diligence he took in actually testing our insulation instead of just assuming we needed a costly remediation."

"I called about a possible mold issue. Jason showed up the next day and verified that what I saw was in fact black mold. He took measurements to determine the extent of remediation necessary & was able to give me an estimate with the qualifications that there could be hidden issues, that could increase the cost. I agreed to the amount & an appointment was set up for the next day. Jeremy and David showed up right on time. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job setting up the containment to keep mold from spreading through the rest of the house. Total time was less than I thought it would be."

"Tyler was very efficient and we got results back the next day He was very quick in giving us recommendations for remediation companies."

"Spencer made a visit to my house a high priority once we found out there was a mold issue. He sat down and took time to explain his service after verifying there was mold until I had no further questions (which is always a fair amount of questions!). He was able to provide fast service with impending visitors around the holidays, and treated the area effectively multiple times over until air samples came back clean. I could not recommend him or his team’s services more!"
