The dumpster was delivered on time and pick up went smoothly as well. I called another dumpster company whose smallest dumpster was a 20 cy. Phoenix also has 6.5 cy and 13 cy cumpsters. We rented a 13 cy wich happened to be the perfect size for us, and, of course, cost less than a 20 cy which was too large for our needs. The person who picked up the dumpster went the extra mile as well. We had called the city to pick up a dead possum. Several days later, the city had not picked it up. It was in a garbage bag, as requested by the city, but decomposing and ignored by the city. Phoenix removed it for us, without our even asking, when they picked up the dumpster.
