"James was quick to contact me after telling Angi my needs, He was quick to to respond to my questions/needs throughout the duration of the project. The dumpster was delivered on time and pick up went smoothly as well. I called another dumpster company whose smallest dumpster was a 20 cy. Phoenix also has 6.5 cy and 13 cy cumpsters. We rented a 13 cy wich happened to be the perfect size for us, and, of course, cost less than a 20 cy which was too large for our needs. The person who picked up the dumpster went the extra mile as well. We had called the city to pick up a dead possum. Several days later, the city had not picked it up. It was in a garbage bag, as requested by the city, but decomposing and ignored by the city. Phoenix removed it for us, without our even asking, when they picked up the dumpster. Thank you, James and Phoenix. We will definitely recommend you and use you again if we ever need dumpster service again."

"This company is exceptional. The rate was very reasonable and the owner was very accommodating. I have lived in My Home for 15 years and was doing renovation. The dumpster was great for that but also for me as I went through each of my rooms in my home to Declutter. There is a considerable amount of the smaller dumpster can hold, and this was terrific for me. I own a 2 story home and I initially was afraid that the dumpster would be too small but I was able to fit everything into the dumpster in just one rental."

"I had a great experience with Derek and Whitney. Their pricing was very fair, and they hauled away a mattress, two bed frames, and a large pile of other items for a very reasonable price. It ended up being much cheaper and more convenient than renting a dumpster. The whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Communication was great! If you need to get rid of unwanted junk, I definitely recommend giving them a call!"

"Honest, dependable and professional. They arrived 2 hours early. They did a great job with the cleanup we asked them to do. They replied to all correspondences quickly and called to let us know they had arrived early. We will definitely keep them in mind in the future and highly recommended them. 😊"

"KC Cleanouts was great! Lindsay was my point of contact and she was able to get me scheduled for the next day as requested. She was responsive, professional, and accommodating. Tyler did my junk removal and initially I was worried my removal was too much for 1 person. He and Lindsay guaranteed he could handle it and he absolutely did! Tyler handled my load quickly, carefully, and professionally. Pricing was affordable too. 10/10 across the board!"
