I called about a possible mold issue. Jason showed up the next day and verified that what I saw was in fact black mold. He took measurements to determine the extent of remediation necessary & was able to give me an estimate with the qualifications that there could be hidden issues, that could increase the cost. I agreed to the amount & an appointment was set up for the next day. Jeremy and David showed up right on time. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job setting up the containment to keep mold from spreading through the rest of the house. Total time was less than I thought it would be.

Jason and Jeremy worked with us to ensure the work was completed quickly. They explained what they were seeing, recommended testing to identify extent of damage and used the inspection to begin removal and cleanup. They sent pictures throughout the process which showed the extent of the water damage and mold. They had all damaged areas removed and cleaned in less than half a day. In todays' world it is very hard to find a caring and honest company like All Dry. They checked out all my concerns completely and resolved the problem. They even gave me an explanation on how it occurred so I could prevent it happening again. Before they used their chemical for cleaning, they let know what it is and how it is non-toxic to human or animals. "I did not ask" they volunteered. I am a 74-year-old widow, this is the perfect person to target to take advantage of in todays' world, but not All Dry. Highly recommend this exceptional company. Can't say enough good things about Jason and crew.
