"I am sorry you were never contacted, but we do not actually do carpet or rug cleaning. We are a water restoration and mold remediation company. We simply extract water if you've had some kind of water loss, but we do not clean the carpets. Because this is not the type of work we do, I did not get notified that you sent your information through, so I apologize. If you need a carpet cleaner still, I can recommend someone to you, we just don't do that ourselves."

Brock conducted a very thorough inspection. Although he probably could have recommended an expensive remedy, he told us we only needed a dehumidifier. He suggested the size, place of purchase, where we should install it, and in fact, how to Install it with vents. NO CHARGE!
That's what's called customer service!!!!!!
