"I wanted to choose zero stars for a rating about BORDNER ROOFING OF RAYTOWN, MO. Our roof was leaking so bad we had a kidde pool in the livibg room catching rain water. I gave them a huge deposit. When it started getting too cold to roof I went to their office after they kept my huge deposit for 3 months. I told them to give me my money back & they refused. I said it will be too cold to roof it properly. They promised the shingles would lay/seal down when the sun comes out & warms them up. 3 months later in the spring the shingles didn't seal down !!! They also nailed the shingles too high !!! I met with them again a few months ago in their office & they kept saying, "We stand behind our work" THEY ARE SUCH LIARS !!! They came out a few times & put silicone or tar under some shingles that buckled up or folded back. That didn't help. 5 sections of the roof are having the same problem. This isn't acceptable !!! I had 5 companies inspect the roof & they all said it was very bad workmanship, it was too cold & the shingles were nailed too high !!! I contacted the BBB & Bordner lied to them & BBB closed the case. I have photos, documents & video to prove my case !!! They damaged my home, my gutters, my lawn, some plants, they took 21 days to do the roof...other roofers said it shouldn't have taken more than a week. ☆☆☆☆DON'T HIRE BORDNER☆☆☆☆"

"Precision Painting did a fantastic job on the exterior of my home. They repaired wood rot, power washed and caulked everywhere, painted, and installed new shutters. I appreciated how flexible they were—willing to work with me on using a variety of paint types and scheduling the work around my availability. Out of the five companies I contacted for estimates, they offered the best value by far. Despite being the most affordable, they didn’t cut corners. They applied two coats of paint using a spray-and-roll technique, while some other companies only quoted a single coat. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Steve, the owner, was responsive, professional, and thorough—he came out multiple times before and after the job to answer my questions and make sure everything was done right. I highly recommend Precision Painting and will use them again in the future!"
