The guys unclogged the drain and completed the new installation all within the 90 minutes they said it would take to begin with. Because the old water heater was a 40 gallon unit they had to make some adjustments for the differences in height nd used new parts and fittings. There was no extra charge for the parts or the clearing of the drain. They even provided some guidance on another potential plumbing problem. Plus, the company I used to refinish my bathtub who required I put my new faucet and drain BEFORE the refinishing work could begin broke my new drain and stripped my new faucet spout. Thankfully, Taylor from Anthony’s Plumbing came back today and rescued me from my nightmare caused by the bathtub refinishing company (I will separately write a review of that company).
