The guys unclogged the drain and completed the new installation all within the 90 minutes they said it would take to begin with. Because the old water heater was a 40 gallon unit they had to make some adjustments for the differences in height nd used new parts and fittings. There was no extra charge for the parts or the clearing of the drain. They even provided some guidance on another potential plumbing problem. If it needs work I will definitely call KC Metro Plumbing!"

This is helpful to find the break or clog and not cause extra cost in labor to dig and find the problem. But not only did he do this, he was able to recommend people who could do the actual repair.
