Pleasant and clean. I didn't have to clean up after their work. No need for any return call. Work was efficient. We have used this company for multiple projects and I have never had to complaint with their work or their personnel. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a backup in lower level tub, as well as gurgling toilet, along with the basement floor drain backing up...based on googling, I feared the worst. I called Plumbline, as they came referred from a friend. They came out the same day and diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes; it was just a toilet paper clog. It would have been very easy for them to have said it was something more serious, and I know there are companies that do things like this. But Plumbline did only what the job required and Dave was very pleasant to work with. We used a more 'publicized' company right when we moved here, because we didn't know better, to swap out some faucets and toilets...come to find out, they charged double what Plumbline charges for the same work. I strongly recommend you use Plumbline for your plumbing needs.

Brian is an excellent plumber and a total professional! He communicated everything up front and then told me about one problem along the way. The good news is that the addition of an unforeseen problem didn’t change the price in the end. He did an outstanding job and I’m really happy that I went with Plumbline Plumbing!

Service was good, more expensive than expected. Excessive markup for parts.

Had and issue with a sewage pump, couldn't tell if it was working. They came out performed a check found it to be working, rechalked to ensure no odor leak. They could have run up the bill!! GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

The plumber who came over (I believe his name was Brian...I am horrible with names) was punctual, professional, and very friendly. He did a fantastic job installing a new toilet and clearing out the bathtub drain. I have worked with a few different plumbers in the Olathe area, and I would recommend this company over all the others I have tried in the past.

Dave was quick to respond, quick to provide a great estimate, quick to work with us to meet my fiance at Home Depot to pick up the water heater and install it perfectly on a Sunday for no extra charge, take the old one away to dispose, and leave us quite happy to refer him to others! Filled a need. A little expensive though.

He came out an did the preliminary work. When I was ready for the hook up of shower fixtures, I called to scheduled an appointment. He said he or his son could do it the following day for sure. No one ever showed up or even bothered to call and let me know that they were not coming. To this day, I never heard from him. When I hired another service, they had to redo the preliminary work he originally did as it was not suitable for the installation even though I had all of the component parts available to check before any work was started.
